Online proposal submission
If you have already made deposits for other symposium on sciencesconf (or HAL), your username and password are the same.
In order to submit an abstract, you first need to create an account on sciencesconf.org.
- Click on “Create an Account”.
- Fill in the mandatory fields and click the Create account button.
- You will then receive a confirmation email from Scienceconf.org with an authentication link.
- Click on the link in order to access the Submissions page.
Click the “Submit an abstract” button. The on-line submission module follows four steps :
- In the first form (“Metadata”), fill out the fields for title and abstract.
- The “Authors” section is filled automatically. If co-authors need to be added, click on “Add an author”. Don’t forget to indicate their affiliation(s).
- The “File” section allows you to upload your illustration (pictures, map, etc.).
- The "Overview" section summarizes your submission. Check the information and confirm. A pop-up window will open. You will also receive a confirmation email from Sciencesconf.org. (Check your spam folder if you don’t receive it in your regular mailbox).
