General info > Guidelines for oral communication

All oral presentations should be conducted in English and last for no longer than 10 minutes, to be followed by 5 minutes of questions.

Intervention and questions cannot exceed 15 minutes. In the event that the oral presentation exceeds 10 minutes, question time will be reduced by as much as necessary.

Please ensure that your presentation is saved in either a PDF or *.ppt / *.pptx format. The conference suite is equipped with audio-visual equipment. Please ensure that your slide text and images will be legible on a projection device and on a PC with Windows.

Before the beginning of each session, please be sure to bring your presentation on a disk/flash drive device.

We strongly discourage the use of personal laptops for presentations.
